Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate CredIntel CRM before paying. Nothing is charged during or at the end of the trial unless you choose to subscribe.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by not renewing, or by writing to us. Your workspace stays fully usable until the end of the period you have paid for; it then becomes read-only, and you can still export your data.

Refunds

Because you can try the Service free before paying, payments for a subscription period are generally not refundable once that period has started. We do refund in full:

• a duplicate payment or a payment charged in error;
• a payment for which the Service was not made available to you, if raised within 7 days;
• a yearly subscription cancelled within 7 days of the first payment.

Plan changes

When you upgrade, you pay only the difference for the rest of the current period. When you downgrade, the unused value is kept as credit against your future payments.

How to request a refund

Write to support@credintel.in with your workspace name and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
