Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of CredIntel CRM (the “Service”), an online customer relationship management application provided by Credintel Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

2. The Service

CredIntel CRM is provided as software as a service through credintel.in and its subdomains. We may improve and change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core features of a paid plan during a period you have paid for.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace administrators control who is invited and what each member may access.

4. Free trial

New workspaces receive a free trial of 14 days. At its end the workspace becomes read-only until a subscription is paid. No payment is taken automatically when a trial ends.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance per workspace, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our website plus applicable taxes (GST). Extra users are billed per user for the same period. Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay); we do not store card details. A GST invoice is issued for each payment. If a renewal is not paid, the workspace has a grace period and then becomes read-only, and later locked, until payment is made. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice and apply from your next billing period.

7. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to host, process and back it up only to provide the Service. You may export it at any time. You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data of your own customers in the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law; send spam or unsolicited bulk email; store content you have no right to; attempt to access other customers' data; probe, overload or disrupt the Service; or resell it without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that do so.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance is announced where possible. Support is by email at support@credintel.in during Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or a serious breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable. After an account is closed you can request an export of your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted, and removed from backups as they expire.

11. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
